The Circle Of Life!

Blazer~Ebay
Blouse~New Look
Necklace~Forever 21
Jeggings~Primark
Sandles~ASOS

Brr,its sooo cold! It's cooler temperatures like this that makes me miss the warmer temperatures we (briefly) enjoyed in the Summer. It feels like a life time ago.Oh well, it's times like these which allows me to reminisce on all the sick things I did over the summer!

Speaking of Summer, my family and I  ventured into Central London to watch The Lion King for my older sister's birthday. I think I was a little more excited than the birthday girl, as I love the Lion King! Even at 21 I can proudly say I remember all the words to Hakuna Matata and was tapping my foot as the actors sung it.

The production had me gripped to the edge of the seat, which is odd because I have watched the film like a million of times. But let me tell you,it was a heck of a show...who knew a live puppet show could be so cool!

Happy 3rd Birthday Curvy Kate!!!

Me and Lillia form Lilla Loves  , pass the parcel!!, Head designer Charlotte with the models, me modelling, A/W '12 range, Lauren modelling the entice bra

On the 25th July, I headed over to Curvy Kate HQ to celebrate the lingerie and swimwear brands third birthday. Now, before I babble on about the event, you maybe thinking who Curvy Kate is. Curvy Kate is a lingerie and swimwear brand that designs for women with bigger bosoms(like myself). But what makes them extra special, is that they are dedicated to designing fashionable undergarments that also supports D-K cup figures. They also cater for smaller back sizes and styles range from 28-44 backs! How cool is that!

But wait there is more, all the models you see are real women! Yes you heard me right the first time! The brand does not use professional models, all the models are found through their annual star in a bra competition.

I along with a few other bloggers, got the chance to view their A/W '12 for their first blogger event. The collection was amazing and featured new shapes such as Gia, Smoothie,Entice and wild. The colours this season used golds, teals, cherry reds, midnight blues and blush pink.

Not only was the collection gorgeous but the team was very welcoming and the event was so fun! There was party food, goody bags, bubbly and party games which broke the ice straight away. The models were a bag of energy  and I was so inspired with the confidence the girls had!

An extra bonus of the event is that we got measured. This was a god send as my bra was starting to feel a little "snug", so I knew I was wearing the wrong size. After getting measured, I went from a 32DD to a 30FF... so suffice to say I was shocked. But,the team were kind enough to gift us with a bra and under ware set of our choice, and I chose the Entice set. I feel like a new woman in this bra ;)

All in all the event was very fun,yet informative and I encourage you bigger bosomed ladies to go out and try this brand if you want style and support. They are found in many major retailers across the UK and internationally.

GUEST POST:Top Trends for Autumn/Winter 2012-2013

Hi guys, this is a collaborative guest post with Diana Baulmi from becomegorgeous. The feature focuses on Top Trends for Autumn/Winter 2012-2013  .

Okay, so we're still in a summery state of mind... However, when it comes to our style, we must admit that we have already started our hunt for the perfect cold-weather season goodies. So, once we've spotted them, we've decided to share them with you as well. So, are you guys ready to take a peek at the hottest trends for autumn/winter 2012-2013?

Baroque
This season, it's time to take your fashion approach to a whole new level and think all-things-opulent! Yes, baroque seems to be the number one trend that could be seen on numerous shows such as Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain, Aquilano.Rimondi! Elegant and luxurious, baroque statement-making embellishments add interest and a slightly intimidating touch to your ensembles!

Military
We're so happy to announce you that the military trend is back again ( Altuzarra, Tommy Hilfiger, Moschino, Victoria Beckham, Burberry Prorsum). Therefore, get ready to be promoted to a higher sartorial rank and choose glam trench coats and jackets, but also skirts and dresses!

Asian inspiration
Have you ever been to China? What about Japan? This season, bring the Far East into your wardrobe through prints, flowers and colors that remind us of stunning geishas and brave samurais. Zac Posen, Jason Wu, Proenza Schouler are some of the designers who gave their own modern interpretation to the traditional Asian theme.

Masculine
What's that? Oh, that's a sharp and uber-classy masculine-inspired look! Indeed, the already renowned androgynous trend is still going strong this fall being reinterpreted by designers like Stella McCartney, Yves Saint Laurent, and Prabal Gurung. It's all about smart blazers, pants and straight coats! So cool and super duper easy to rock!

Knits and leather
We cannot imagine a perfect winter without cozy knits. Comfy yet chic, chunky or super-soft, there are many the reasons for which knits are considered as wardrobe staples during chilly days. For fall 2012, we've spotted knitted pieces at Nina Ricci, Alexander Wang, and Mary Katrantzou. Besides knits, another wearable trend is leather (Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy).

Red and blue
Winter dressing shouldn't be all about boring grays and blacks. So, this season step out of your comfort zone and have fun with your styling choosing eye-catching brights. And by this we mean notice-me-now red (Sophie Theallet, Michael Kors, Diane von Furstenberg, Zac Posen) and blue (Ohne Titel, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Zac Posen, Stella McCartney).
