  5. Cuff~New Look £4.99
  6. Top~New Look £21.99
  7. Chinos~River Island £23.00

Pay day has come and I'm itching to buy something new! Although my bank account is looking a lot healthier, I feel like I  want to buy more classic items that will last, but Primark; New Look and River Island are tempting me. And who could blame me for being tempted, these shops have so many goodies at the moment, but sadly Primark doesn't have an online store ..why is this??

Anywhoo it is hard to pick my top item out of the list, but I think the clutch is my favourite. I like that design is a magazine cover woth a belt around it, the colours are attractive too.  I have a feathered fedora from New look, but I am yet to wear it out.. it looks okay on me depending on my hairstyle but I have come to the conclusion that I don't have a hat head. Oh well maybe I'll be a hat collector.... I'll do a ootd for you guys once my camera is fixed so you can give me your honest opinions.

Now I  used to HATE loafers, but I am proud to say I am not a hater anymore since I own this pair. The colour of the River Island loafers is more adventourous and I'm not sure i'd get alot of wear out of it, but one must not be rational when it comes to fashion it is all about risk!

Peter pan collared shirts and chinos have been my work uniform ever since I started my placement, they are so versatile and can be dress up or down, especially these two pieces. I am definitely buying these two items when I get the chance.

Do I need another dress in my wardrobe? no but with the cuff its a definte maybe...  what are you guys lusting after??

Guest Post:Rodarte is a show I always look forward too

Hey guys this is a guest post from Chloe from Dog and Pony hope you enjoy it!

Rodarte is a show I always look forward too, the Mulleavy twins always show a beautiful collection one which often makes references to art movements and this season was no different.
Sunflower and starry night prints graced garments channelling Van Gogh were sent down the catwalk, beautiful strong colours which the girls explained were taken from the Disney movie Sleeping Beauty because they felt not enough people used these colours.
The 50s style prom dresses gave the collection a young feel, perhaps Hailee Steinfeld or Elle Fanning will be seen wearing one on the red carpet someday soon. Colour blocked cable knit jumpers and strong geometric shapes on fitted tops and skirts added something for the over 25s.
Makeup was heavy around the eyes pulling the collection away from the perfect twee look and keeping their slightly edgy feel, the rest of the face was neutral whilst the hair was loose with a small section pinned and twisted above the ear.
As ever Rodarte also had the perfect front row line up with Taylor Swift sat next to Anna Wintor, Rooney Mara, the popular blogger Tavi and the Fanning sisters were all present.

The Look Lounge!

So second week of my placement is done and dusted and it was amazing, I am so glad it took 9 months to get this placement because I really am working at an amazing place. My week is so varied and because of that I have learnt so much already!  I really feel that the company that I am working for is really invested in me learning the business rather than making tea(thankfully we have a  machine for that :D).

A couple of days ago I got an email about dropping by The Look Magazine Lounge for an all access area for bloggers, which was held at the new Westfields at Startford City. I made the long journey to East London and let me tell you the store was packed, I could not move, to top it off I couldn't find the lounge! If it wasn't for my trip to Mr Pretzel recharging my batteries I would have nearly given up. Thankfully I didn't  because the lounge was beautiful, I ended up tweeting and blogging in there, and talking to the Look guys and gals.

Sadly I couldn't stay long as I had to rush back for a 21st birthday party, which was a laugh but that is a story for next time. Have you guys been to the new Westfields? and are any of you going to any Look events?

Nail Art!: Noughts&Crosses

Firstly, I wanna say that I am soo sorry that I have been away! please accept my sincerest apologies by looking at this pic of a cute pug.I have just started my placement and I have been busy and very tired. I literally clock out as soon as I get home, who invented 9-5 anyway? ah well I am slowly getting used to it. My placement is very fun at the moment as my role is varied, everyone is lovely in the office and I am getting on with the other interns, can't wait for the rest of them to start next week. Because of the placement I have become very disorganised with posting and to top it off I messed up my camera, if you follow me on twitter you'll know how I did it. So I have to use my phone till I sort it out.

Now that I have explained my absence, I wanna bring your attention to a nail art idea I whipped up. I was strongly inspired by these pair of earrings I got from Meoow from ASOS Marketplace and the fetish/gothic trend which is set to make a spalsh this autumn/winter. This look was very easy to create, all I used was a silver nail polish from Rimmel London and my Claire's nail art pen. I definitely think that these outfit would complement my dream fetish/gothic outfit. I'm thinking wet look leggings, with chunky black heels, an oversized tee finished off with a leather jacket and a berry lip and  a sultry cat eye would be perfect for this trend.

Note: I have had an Facebook page for a while now, feel free to check it out. I also entered the cosmopolitan blog awards for new blogger, click the pick on the right to nominate me if you like what you see.
