BOOHOO| CHRISTMAS COLLECTION PREVIEW

WHAT I AM WEARING:
SHOES-NEW LOOK

Earlier this  month I ventured into Central London to see the Christmas Collection from one of my favourite brands.. Boohoo! When I entered the showroom, I was among, sequins, statement jewellery and accessories, shoes and luxe clothing. What more could a girl ask for!

It was really interesting to get a taste of what is offer for the festive season. I was glad to see that statement jewellery will still be big as I am a girl who loves to make a statement! It was in love with the perspex clear clutches which were so chic. I can't decided which colour I love more.

It was really great to see the collection gets me more excited for the festive season!

Festival season is always my favourite time of the year, I love it because  I able to see some of my favourite acts perform live. Also the atmosphere is generally chilled and relaxed! I think it is a great time to be experimental with fashion and make up! Anything goes and I like the free spirited nature of the fashion and make up. Taking inspiration from New Look's festival fashion time line, I decided to take inspiration and create a wish list of festival items I would wear.  What do you think? Are you going to any festivals this year?

OOTD| SPECSAVERS MISSONI 26 GLASSES

WEDGES- PRIMARK(OLD)

Do you like my new specs? I was contacted by Specsavers to review glasses and I absolutely love my new Missoni 26 glasses. The guys over at the Tottenham Court Road flagship store were so helpful when I went for my test, they even laughed when I smeared my foundation on the eye pressure machine.. ooops sorry guys. For all of you wondering, I am short-sighted and both my eyes are -2.75, which isn't so bad, but I really can't go out without my glasses, when I am out! They are a bit more chic than my other  glasses.  I love the bronzed colour especially the detailing on the side.

Now as these glasses are oh so stylish, I decided to do an outfit of the day post with them! It just shows that you can be stylish and chic even with a pair of specs. What do you think of my outfit? Are you a glasses wearer?

CURVY KATE BLOGGERS EVENT!

So in July I went to the Curvy Kate Bloggers event in London. Now if you have followed my blog for a while you'll know this wasn't my first time at a Curvy Kate event, I went to the 3 year birthday of the brand (read here)!

Now for all those who don't know who Curvy Kate are, they are a stylish lingerie and swim wear brand that cater for bigger busted girls like myself. They are dedicated to designing fashionable undergarments that also supports D-K cup figures. They also cater for smaller back sizes and styles range from 28-44 backs! And only use  REAL women and no models to model their garments!

I was so happy to see the team again as I knew this was going to be a fun evening! Boy was it! There were loads of cakes, games, laughs between all us bloggers! But most importantly we got to preview the new collections, which are gorgeous. All in all, I had a great time and I also got to take home the Tempt me lingerie set! I would show you a pic of the bra but I have been wearing it right now....too much information? sorry but it really is a great bra!

Do you think you'll check out the Curvy Kate brand?

AND DID I PASS? | 2013 GOAL UPDATE #2

Right so, if you remember back in December I made a goal list of things I would like to have achieved in 2013 and one of them was to finally pass my driving test on the third try. Now I guess, you can kinda of work out how that went by the picture. Yes I failed again! with 3 minors and 2 majors. The majors were for mirrors and being too close to a car. Now, I took my test on the 4th of July and I thought I  was going to pass this time! I could taste it! So when I got the results from the examiner, I WAS NOT HAPPY. To be frank I was really pissed, not only because of the money, but because I would have to do the theory test again! and after doing all those exams from uni, you can imagine my resentment of having to take that test again! Urgh.

It has taken me a while to reflect on this failure, and it has made me even more determined to pass! Yes it is very annoying but I look at it this way, if I was meant to pass, I would've. There was obviously gaps in my knowledge that led to me failing, but what it shows is that if I really work hard again I am certain I will pass! I have to! Anyway, I think I did quite well considering I had only been practising again for only month, as I was so focused with university that I had no time to practice.

Hmm I aim to pass by the end of the year and let's hope the next update on my driving situation has a more positive result! Now where is that theory test CD?

LOOK AT ME I'M A GRADUATE!!

Necklace-Primark

On the 24th July 2013, I finally graduated from University with a 2.1 Marketing degree. It has been a long 4 years, but I was really happy that day, because I was sharing this remarkable day with my family and friends! I was so sad that the day ended so quickly! and I would love to do it again, it was truly amazing. So it is official now, I am a graduate and I miss uni life already. For all of you lucky people starting/returning to uni this September make the most of it, as the time really does fly! University was an amazing period in my life where I grew into myself, shared great memories with some of the best friends I could've met and pushed myself outside my boundaries by trying new things. It is a time which I will never forget, but now it is time to create new and exciting memories and I am looking forward to the future. Farewell Uni, I'm gonna miss ya!
